Remote Help Shipping Policy for South Africa

1. Service Area
We currently deliver products only within South Africa. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Handling and Delivery Time
Delivery time = Handling time + Transit time

Handling Time: 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+02:00) South Africa Standard Time (Johannesburg)

All products are processed and prepared for dispatch during the handling period before shipment. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates and Transit Time

If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact you to reschedule.

6. Delays and Exceptions
While we make every effort to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather, courier network issues, or stock availability. Remote Help (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for delays beyond our control but will assist in resolving issues with the courier.
