Universal Print Additional Capacity 10K (Non-Profit Pricing) – Extended Service Term

Universal Print lets your organisation manage all printing from the Microsoft 365 cloud, removing the need for on-site print servers and giving staff secure, driverless printing from any device—even during load shedding, as jobs queue in the cloud until your printers are back online. It’s ideal for South African charities and NGOs that want to cut IT overheads, improve document security for POPIA compliance, and simplify printing across multiple offices. This is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term commitment — a 30-day notice period is required for cancellation. This license is reserved for registered charities and NGOs only — proof of registration is required.
