Universal Print volume add-on (500 jobs) – Windows (Non-Profit Pricing) – Add On

Universal Print lets your organisation manage all printing from the Microsoft 365 cloud, removing the need for on-site print servers and giving staff secure, driverless printing from any device—a practical boost for hybrid work and load-shedding resilience. This volume add-on adds 500 print jobs per month to your existing entitlement, ideal for charities and NGOs that need predictable, compliant output without hardware headaches. This is a 1-year commitment paid monthly — you are bound for the full year and early cancellation may incur charges for the remaining term. This license is reserved for registered charities and NGOs only — proof of registration is required.
