Microsoft Entra ID is a cloud-based identity and access management service that lets your educational institution securely connect staff and students to apps and resources, with single sign-on and multi-factor authentication to help meet POPIA compliance requirements. It simplifies user access management while strengthening security, even during load shedding, as it operates from the cloud. This is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term commitment — a 30-day notice period is required for cancellation.
