Powered by a 650 MHz QCA9531 CPU, 64 MB RAM, 16 MB flash, and running RouterOS v7 (License 4), it supports LTE Cat 4 (150 Mbps DL/50 Mbps UL) across FDD bands 1/3/5/7/8/20/28 and TDD 38/40/41 via the EC200A modem.
