Power Virtual Agent (Non-Profit Pricing)

Microsoft Power Virtual Agent lets your organisation build and deploy intelligent AI chatbots without writing a single line of code, helping you automate routine customer and staff queries around the clock—even during load shedding. It’s ideal for South African charities and NGOs that need to stretch limited resources while staying responsive and compliant with POPIA, as conversations can be securely managed within Microsoft’s trusted cloud. This is a 1-year commitment paid monthly — you are bound for the full year and early cancellation may incur charges for the remaining term. This license is reserved for registered charities and NGOs only — proof of registration is required.
