Universal Print (Education Faculty Pricing) – Extended Service Term

Universal Print is a Microsoft 365 cloud service that lets your school or university manage all printing from one secure online dashboard, eliminating the need for on-site print servers and reducing hardware maintenance. It’s ideal for South African educational institutions looking to streamline printing for staff and students while supporting hybrid learning and cutting costs. This is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term commitment — a 30-day notice period is required for cancellation. This license is reserved for registered educational institutions only — proof of accreditation is required.
