Universal Print (Education Student Pricing) – Extended Service Term

Universal Print is a Microsoft 365 cloud service that lets your school manage all printing from one secure online hub—no on-site print servers needed, which keeps things running smoothly even during load shedding. It’s ideal for educational institutions that want to cut hardware costs, simplify printer access for staff and students, and stay POPIA-compliant with centralised user controls. This is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term commitment — a 30-day notice period is required for cancellation. This license is reserved for registered educational institutions only — proof of accreditation is required.
