Universal Print (Education Student Pricing)

Universal Print is a Microsoft 365 cloud service that lets your school or educational institution manage all printing from one secure online dashboard, eliminating the need for on-site print servers and reducing IT maintenance. Staff and students can print from any device, anywhere, while benefiting from built-in security that supports POPIA compliance by keeping sensitive documents protected. This is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term commitment — a 30-day notice period is required for cancellation. This license is reserved for registered educational institutions only — proof of accreditation is required.
