Universal Print volume add-on (500 jobs) – Extended Service Term

Universal Print lets your business manage all its printing from the Microsoft 365 cloud, removing the need for on-site print servers and giving staff secure, driverless access to company printers from anywhere. It’s ideal for South African teams that need a resilient, low-maintenance printing setup that works reliably even during load shedding, while keeping your data compliant with POPIA. This volume add-on provides an extra 500 print jobs per month for high-volume users. This is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term commitment — a 30-day notice period is required for cancellation.
