Universal Print volume add-on (500 jobs) – Microsoft 365 (Non-Profit Pricing) – Extended Service Term

Universal Print lets your organisation manage all its printing from the Microsoft 365 cloud, removing the need for on-site print servers and giving staff secure, driverless printing from any device—even during load shedding. It’s ideal for South African charities and NGOs that want to cut IT overheads, improve document security for POPIA compliance, and keep teams productive without complex infrastructure. This is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term commitment — a 30-day notice period is required for cancellation. This license is reserved for registered charities and NGOs only — proof of registration is required.
