ZKTeco ZK-BL-852Q38A-LPR is a 2MP License Plate Recognition IP Bullet Camera designed for South African traffic enforcement and security applications. This device integrates advanced optical character recognition (OCR) to read vehicle registration numbers with high accuracy, even in challenging lighting conditions. The camera features a 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensor and supports H.265+ video compression for efficient storage. It includes built-in IR illumination up to 30 meters for night vision and offers multiple network interfaces including Gigabit Ethernet and PoE for flexible installation. The unit is weather-resistant (IP67) and operates in temperatures from -10°C to 50°C, suitable for outdoor use in South African climates. Compatible with ZKTeco's license plate recognition software for automated vehicle logging and reporting.
