The Milesight EM300-MLD is a LoRaWAN® membrane leakage detection sensor designed to detect water leaks, spills, and floor wetness before damage occurs. Its 400 x 400 mm flexible sensing membrane provides wider coverage than standard point sensors, making it ideal for use under appliances, server racks, cabinets, ceilings, roofs, and warehouse floors. It detects conductive liquids such as water, weak acids, and weak bases. With an IP67-rated waterproof enclosure and UV-resistant housing, it is built for harsh environments. Using LoRaWAN® technology, it offers long-range, low-power communication up to 15 km in rural areas. Powered by a replaceable battery, it can last up to 10 years. It also supports NFC setup, local data storage, and cloud monitoring for real-time alerts and easy management.
