Universal Print Additional Capacity (10k) – Windows (Non-Profit Pricing) – Extended Service Term

Universal Print lets your organisation manage all its printers securely from the Microsoft 365 cloud, removing the need for on-site print servers and giving staff the freedom to print from anywhere—even during load shedding. It’s ideal for South African charities and NGOs that want to cut IT overheads, stay POPIA-compliant with centralised access controls, and keep operations running smoothly without complex infrastructure. This is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term commitment — a 30-day notice period is required for cancellation. This license is reserved for registered charities and NGOs only — proof of registration is required.
