Steps to Request Data Deletion:

  1. Send an email to our support team at [email protected].
  2. Use the subject line: WhatsApp Bot Data Deletion Request.
  3. In the body of the email, please include your WhatsApp Phone Number (with international country code, e.g., +27813584869).

What happens when you request deletion? Upon receipt of your request, our team will purge all recorded chat history logs, active shopping carts, and WooCommerce link details associated with your phone number from the bot’s system logs within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.


Immediate Self-Service Actions:

If you simply want to clear your current checkout session details or empty your active cart immediately without purging historical support logs:

  • Open the WhatsApp chat with our bot.
  • Click on the View Main Menu button and select Clear Cart, or simply reply to the chat with the word Clear Cart.
  • This instantly empties your active cart cache on our server.
