Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Content: Yes, collection is available from our Midrand office (Unit G10, Workpods, Cnr Brand Road & Swart Dr) by prior arrangement. Please call or WhatsApp us to confirm your order is ready before coming through.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipping. Contact us immediately on 081 358 4869 or WhatsApp us and we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can return it under our returns policy.
Can you source products that are not listed on your website?
Yes, we can source most IT hardware and software products on request. If you cannot find what you need on our site, contact us on 081 358 4869 or [email protected] and we will get you a quote.
Do you deliver anywhere in South Africa?
Yes, we deliver nationwide across South Africa. All orders include tracking and delivery confirmation. Orders over R5,000 qualify for free shipping. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days to major centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban) and 5-7 business days to outlying areas.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Our office is at Unit G10, Workpods, Cnr Brand Road & Swart Drive, President Park AH, Midrand, 1685. We are primarily an online store, but collection is available by prior arrangement.

Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
